Licensed Florida Realtor® and Florida native Tim Burklew is a second-generation REALTOR®, continuing a family legacy in real estate that spans more than 60 years. His father, Jack E. Burklew, owned a successful real estate business in Brevard County, while his mother built her own career in Sebastian before retiring in 2021. Growing up surrounded by the business, Tim always knew real estate would one day be his calling — but at 18, his first passion led him to a career in professional golf.

 

During his golfing years, Tim was featured in Sports Illustrated in the article “Golf Without a Caddie,” highlighting his talent and dedication to the sport. After an injury ended his tour career, Tim and his wife purchased and operated two country clubs in New York. In 2012, they returned to their Florida roots, settling in Vero Beach and launching Golf Carts of Vero Beach, which they grew into a thriving local business before selling it in 2019 so Tim could pursue his lifelong dream—real estate.
